Are other members of my family at increased risk for cancer?
Is genetic testing an option for me?
Since I have had cancer, how can genetic testing infl uence my medical management?
What is my risk for developing cancer based on my family history?

HOPES is a FREE Advocacy service that will Navigate Patients through each step of the Genetic Testing and billing process. A personal Advocate with be assigned to each patient with a family history of cancer and appointment recommendations and scheduled appointments for consultations with a Medical Geneticist MD, or certified Genetic Counselor will be made.
